N.B. The price shown is based on the staircase above and calculated based on current pricing.
Usually, treads are 22 mm on a staircase that's manufactured "standard construction"; however, on this staircase, the customer elected for 32mm treads.
Thicker treads generally look better, though this is subjective, so it is a matter of opinion.
Glass is held in place by either embedding it into a groove or with glass clamps.
Glass clamps come in a "D-shape" or "square" style, and this staircase features "square" clamps with a "brushed" finish.
We offer multiple handrail profiles. However, we no longer offer "Square Profile" handrail as standard; instead, we offer "Modern Choice" handrail, which has better ergonomics.
We can still offer "Square Profile" handrail on request as a special order.
When designing stairs online using our tool you can select whether or not posts need to go to floor.
This staircase has it's posts to the floor due to the nature of the stairs position.
